Over the years I have tried and used many different foundations. I tried Mac, Clarins & Clinique.
I personally found Mac to be to heavy. I think Mac would be great for a photography studio photoshoot but I think for day to day wear its a bit too much unless you like a really heavily made up look. I also found it blocked my pores.
With the Clarin’s foundation I found none of the colours were an exact match. Either too light or too dark. Again the coverage was a bit heavy and I found it didn't look natural.
I absolutely love Clinique foundation. The colour matched exactly, it's not too heavy so it definitely looks natural and that's the look I personally prefer. It gave my skin a natural flawless finish. I really like the Super Balanced Foundation which rehydrates the dry areas and dries out the oily areas. I also really like Clinique loose powder and the Airbrush Concealer which is great for covering dark circles but is light in texture so doesn't accentuate fine lines around the eyes.
